Update on Work in Progress and Free Easter Giveaway

Hey Everyone!

I thought I would share an update on my current work in progess
Presently working on the headphones, eyes and mouth. I hope to finish up the eyes tomorrow, if time permits.
I have to take my daughter to the doctor's tomorrow, do some shopping and got some baking to do, so will see if I get time to work on it or not. Also, reorganizing and fixing up my art space, getting a new art table - very excited about that. :D
Color pencil and watercolor pencil

On March 1st, I will be announcing all about my free Easter Giveaway. I am really excited about this and March is going to be such a fantastic month. I plan on creating an Easter ATC for my friend Joanna  and as soon as I finish up my current work in progress, I plan on beginning a new Christian piece "Set Me Free" inspired by Casting Crowns song "Set Me Free"
I will be announcing it on my Facebook page, my newsletter and DA Journal, as well as here. I have also been asked to do a mural at our church. So I am excited about that. I am not sure when I will start that project, as I am working on some other works first, but I am thinking maybe May or June.
Hope you all have a great weekend! Take Care and God Bless!

Update and New Works

Garsh it's been a few weeks since I have posted anything on my blog. I have been so busy and have been giving updates more often on my facebook page than here. I do apologize for that.

"Winter's Cross is now finished. Medium is: color pencil, watercolor pencil and acrylic. The scan did not pick up the iridescent acrylic in the dress nor the background. I have some new zazzle products with this image available now

I am now working on a new work in progress. "Bring Me To Life" inspired by a prompt at Ellen Million's Sketchfest
The scan did not quite pick up the blues very well. It's more of grayish-blues. Hope to have another update in the next day or two.

I often get asked, by other artists "how to price artwork" I found this wonderful blog loaded with tons of information for artists, that dealt specifically with this topic in one of it's posts. A must read!
